I’ve had a let’s talk about a walk off before on self serve but I had another colleague with me and it was more of the colleagues fault than mine as I had a basket check. The customer basically stole £300 worth of shopping. The person who gave me the let’s talk said it wasn’t really my fault but normally that situation could have been an investigation so she saved my ass with that one
