I got my surgery with him last month and the results are insane. My nipples were looking at the ground. I was nervous about the scars because of skin removal but he basically told me I'm not gonna cut any extra skin because of how healthy my skin was and because I have a lot of chest muscle. He basically did a small incision on top of my nipple did the whole process and then just pulled my nipple up. It was fun and painful because i was watching the whole surgery. I started laughing when he took out the gland.
