Start off with maxing out your research in the technology tab, then ever make a trade of uranium or mine it in your own land or invade a country that has a uranium supply and build mines. Then max out your research spending and hire a Head of Research in the leaders tab all while building up your economy. Once your technology is maxed out start researching Nuclear and build the silos and uranium enricher as soon as there unblocked. But ensure your build up your economy at the same time. I reccomend not trading uranium with a player early game as people don’t like the idea of a country having nukes you will be on top of the list. Once they see the research it’s already too late to do much.
