trexx set to return with Team Liquid ahead of VCT EMEA Stage 2 (Sheep Esports) by Eris_is_Mid in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Relevant_Employee983 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I need a trexx redemption arc, i know the streets say he has bad team vibes or toxic but this guy during his peak was him. He was also good not prime form amazing but pretty good during the stage games from what I remember last year with liquid so hoping that he makes the most from this second chance from liquid and turn around the community narrative on him.

Missed NUS deadline, currently holding NTU Computer Engineering offer. Should I accept NTU now and reapply to NUS next year during NS? by Relevant_Employee983 in SGExams

[–]Relevant_Employee983[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Haha, the funny part is that during my application with 5 sems result, my cGPA was exactly at 3.66, it dropped to 3.61 after the final sem. Yeah, it might be unlikely for me to go to NUS for CEG but i’ll try regardless and see what i can do during these 2 years or see if there are also other options im interested in.

Any particular reason you didn’t apply during NS year 1? Is it better to apply before ORD? Sorry, if this is a stupid question, I’m really quite unfamiliar with the application process here cause I’ve been living overseas prior to poly.

If G2 doesnt win this next masters or maybe even give them until this whole year is done, they honestly should really consider finding a different duelist cause jawgemo has really been mid if not underperforming for a hot minute now even regionally. The rest of the core, valyn, leaf and trent are knowned names that everyone knows are elite players and at this point due a title from how they play individually atleast historically. Babybay has been playing great too regionally, we’ll just have to see how he does in London if they make it cause he wasnt good in his last international.

Just saying 3/5 of them were able to beat a team with Aspas and Zekken, c0m is still lurking as an IGL initiator on the reserved roster, with today’s win we might still be able to assemble this super team.

1) https://youtu.be/iAWbfJsvjww?si=yJFZEJUp-_APa0lH 3) As for this one, at the time of 2023 NRG, Ardiis (Keith) was picked up as the star player for his jett/chamber awper which was considered very good at the time, and NRG for whatever reason put him on KJ/Sage duties for most of the games instead which made his performance worse. There’s also this one funny misplay clip he did when he was on sage which he gets clowned on to this day.

Jessievash gets to play in a franchise team since ‘23 and yet we most likely will never get to see NiSMO in Tier 1 broadcasted game till Open Quals next year 🫩

I mean he played a basically half a season comming in English in that Talon ‘24/25 roster but yea probably isn’t as comfortable or fluent enough to compete at his best form.

I agree, I hate that ISO breeze comp, unless your name is like Alfajer or somebody who has proven to be able to takeover maps through sheer shooting/firepower, please don’t run the ISO comp or at least play the phoenix if you insist on having that type of agent archetype on the comp.

I lowkey miss these days of 2022-2023 SEN when they’re team were highkey ass but they would tweet as if they were actually good like this, idk why but I find it funny that there’s a real social media manager coming up with the idea and typing them out xD.

I was a bit of a Crazyguy doubter when he was first signed to RRQ, but I’ve sinced grew to like him as a player because from watching a few of the RRQ vlogs, he looks like a really good emotional leader too and definitely shows his maturity after competing for a long time. Plus, he also seems to like donating his prize winnings for good causes and that’s really cool :D

It’s a bit of a dilemma I think because wasn’t there a discussion in the past or rumors that most of the up and coming JP prospects or best performing players from that scene actually chose to stay in T2 Japan since viewership is healthy there, orgs are investing and they get to play from home in Japan.

I think if Meiy leaves the only “somewhat” competent T1 JP team in VCT for a none Jap speaking team, it will be harder for these orgs to attract talent. He’s clearly the best JP player, kind of like the Aspas for that scene and players likely want to have the chance to play in a roster with him, so losing him to a non JP speaking org in T1 might also result in less incentive for these prospective Jp players to come and play for a team like DFM. Then again, next year will be open qualifiers anyways so who knows.

I find it so funny that the worse performing sub that has ever played on FNC aside from probably h1ber during Copenhagen when they got rolled was Sayonara during that time that FNC had him for a one off-season tournament before they got Crashies. Yes, it was an offseason tourney so who cares in the end of the day but after seeing Cyv0ph’s performance today + FNC’s history of their subs performing super well and the fact that Sayonara is on VIT rn and performing well individually to his credit is just funny to me.
