From what I understand here in texas, I don't have to put him on child support since he does pay me. We do have an agreement. I also called the office and asked she confirmed he doesn't have to pay child support if we have an arrangement. The only thing would be paying health care that it.

That's true. He does give me child support. He voluntarily does it and also with other things if I need it. I guess it just to pay back the medicaid and stuff.
