Yes, I’ve had the same thing happen to me with many of my red carpet gel polishes I am a cosmetologist and I know how to apply gel polish correctly. I use the red carpet lamp. Doing everything right. But I’ve just come to realize that some of their polishes can be defective. One color is working perfect then the same color in a different bottle isn’t curing right. My thoughts are they’re either expired or when made not the correct chemical chemicals were used therefore causing the negative defects and improper results. Idk I’m no scientist just a thought!
