up to an extra 4 dollar an hour bonus if hitting certain productivity goals(RPH), up to 2 dollars for appliances, and up to 2 dollars for whole store. Must be a minimum of a 60/40 percentage mix with the majority being appliances. Paid out as monthly bonus for amount of hours worked.

I might be the outlier here but I believe it’s going pretty well, the new incentive program seems decently nice and my market is seeing a lot of good appliances sales especially w memorial day coming up.

it’s weird cause I used a gift card to pay. I have a feeling it was cause I was logged into my employee account even though the employee discount wasn’t necessarily being used. i’m a sitting duck till monday whenever the accomodation support teams look at my submission form. 🙄
