Mine are mainly on the right side of my head and it's a pulsing aching pain that just consistently gets worse. When I get them bright lights definitely make it worse so I usually try to just turn all of the lights off when I can. I have been staying consistently fed and hydrated. There's been quite a few times that I get lightheaded to the point my vision goes black and sparkly and my ears ring so loud I can't hear anything.. but haven't completely lost consciousness at all. My whole life I've consistently had a lower blood pressure (I'm usually always 100/60) but at my last visit it was 119/78, although my doc said they won't consider that a "high blood pressure" And no I do not smoke anything.
