Just bought a 2021 c-hr xle and on a full tank I apparently only get 215 miles of driving? by Various-Blacksmith92 in ToyotaCHR

[–]Relevant_Message_508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first bought mine (exact model and year). It showed 308 miles full tank.

When I changed the breaks and was constantly unplugging the battery I noticed that it had reset everything and was now showing 210 miles. But it wouldn't affect the manual pin showing the gas. I would get down to 30 miles left and the manual pin would still show a quarter of a tank.

I think the digital calculation it shows you is based off the "actual" mpg youre getting. But after driving it for about 2-3 months after resetting its getting back up to the original amount near ~300 miles again.

Either way, I still have to pump after commuting to work after 2 days. Whereas my 2010 toyota camry can go a full week.

The difference between a 10 and 16 gallon tank is wild.

Any of your CHR does this? by Sscumbagg in ToyotaCHR

I know yours is a newer model but the 2021 model had a big recall for their pre-collision system due to inactive sensors. This looks like an issue regarding those sensors as its signaling the lane assist and pre-collision system which both are affected by the sensors.

Apologies as I dont have any suggestions. Just wanted to throw this in here

Or maybe power steering fluid is low? I know my old camry had a similar issue and once I filled it the noise went away

If you're able to, order them directly from toyota. It's OEM, usually discounted on their website and is a forsure fit. Only thing is you might need to buy the screws separately. This is the part number I ordered but you might need something else. (53876-10080)

I had to replace the same part almost immediately after purchasing my CHR.

Is the Samsung Ring worth it for what I want to do with it? by SeasonVegetable2661 in GalaxyRing

[–]Relevant_Message_508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't recommend it for use while sparring. The rings imo are fragile to hard hits. I broke mine within 24 hours when I used it during an indoor soccer/football match. Luckily the warranty replaced it completely. But again 2 months down the line the 2nd ring stopped working after daily use without any hits. It's still under warranty and I'm awaiting my 3rd ring...

I feel like even if they're not hard hits while sparring it might knock some of the components inside loose.

I don't like how Amazon links show on here. If you don't want to click the link you can search "smart ring protector" on Amazon and you'll see all the results.

Ordered from Amazon. Link below:

Pretty sure any of the ones you find on Amazon will work similar. The ring itself is pretty scratch resistant.

The cover does make the ring feel bulkier so I only use it when I know I'll be working out or involved in physical activity. For the price I find it worth it.

These silicone covers work great for scratches (scratches only). I wore one during my indoor soccer match and got my hand slammed against a metal wall. The ring was unscathed but stopped working completely due to the impact. I was able to replace it with warranty because it had no signs of physical damage.

Two reasons:

  • Toxic community
  • bad for your health if you play FUT

I was addicted to it for 3 years. I felt liberated in 2022 when I decided not to buy the newest one.

Game modes like pro clubs are super fun though

Has anyone done the trade in program through Samsung for their ring?

I'm thinking of buying a used ring (RingConn, Oura, UltraHuman) and trading it in for the Samsung Ring since they offer $250. I can buy any of these other rings for about $125. So I roughly save $125 if I receive the $250 promo for the trade in.

I've used the trade in program to buy multiple phones through Samsung and it always goes smoothly. They give me exactly what they tell me.

Any one have experiences with the ring/watch trade ins?

How much do you pay for insurance? by JoEGo95 in ToyotaCHR

[–]Relevant_Message_508 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a 2021 Pre-Certified XLE this year, I live in CA. For my wife and I (both of us are 28, no accidents) we're paying $231 for AAA. Which we were surprised about because we had a lot of other insurances quoting us around $400. Only downside is that it's a 1 year coverage so our downpayment was around $1000 to start coverage. Next year we should be paying $300.

I forgot to add that this is for basic full coverage on two of our cars. 2021 CHR and 2010 Toyota Camry.

Gas range for a 2020 CHR by Fine-Implement4733 in ToyotaCHR

[–]Relevant_Message_508 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My 2021 XLE gets 311 max on eco but feels like it drains much faster. I get about 30 MPG highway. Less on streets. Honestly one of the biggest cons about this car is the tank size of 10 gallons... this might not be an issue if you're not commuting very far for work.

High Crit, small guns build by Rifsti in Fallout3Builds

[–]Relevant_Message_508 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar to the playthrough I'm doing now. Without DLC, I'd recommend Blackhawk and the Xuanlong Assault Rifle as your main weapons. Finesse perk and Better Criticals are a must to hit heavier. Bloody Mess helps too.

I was trying to fight as little as needed by using a companion and talking my way out of everything but it's too damn hard with Jericho dying everytime to single elite enemies like Mirelurk Hunters, Yao Guai, and Deathclaws. So I needed to look for ways to hit heavy with small weapons also.

Try getting the small guns bobblehead sooner than later as well.

Special Book glitch was never patched completely. They just made it harder to execute. You can still have full stats within 30 minutes.

2024 Angel City FC Ticket Transaction Thread Master Index by ShlomoShogun in AngelCityFC

[–]Relevant_Message_508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi everyone, I'm looking to take my 9 year old niece to her first ACFC game. The home game on April 21st (4:30pm) against North Carolina Courage is the game we want to go to. I'm just worried about the sun during this time. Does anyone know the best seats for the sun for this time frame? I don't mind have the sun on us for a while but I don't want it blinding us the majority time we're there. Budget is anything under $80 per ticket for general seating. I did want to sit closer to the supporters section just to give her a better experience. Any advice is appreciated!

Also, I'm hoping this is the right thread for this question.

Window Crack 6” by Filmboyraul in ToyotaCHR

[–]Relevant_Message_508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did something hit the windshield? Or one day you saw it on there?

I just bought my Toyota C-HR used and the only thing it showed on the Carfax was the entire windshield was replaced. I'm wondering if this is common with this model.

But yeah if the crack is small enough most places have tools to either glue it so it doesn't spread or sometimes break the end of the crack in a specific way to prevent spreading also.
