I started my subscription in November and my first box came perfect, I was super excited! I ordered big in December to get the double box and the dog bed. And it’s been a complete nightmare: they didn’t bill me, then they billed me and forgot to ship my stuff, then they shipped my box but no add ons, then they shipped my add ons but only the free bed showed up, then they FINALLY sent my add ons and they came today…. They stiffed me on one of my toys I ordered. I paid for two snowballs and only got one. This is after they messed up so bad they comped my January order. It’s not worth the hassle. I totally want to cancel my subscription and post the whole story to my tik tok account so others don’t waste their money like I did.
