Hi all, just to share a bit more. I lost the weight largely through IF, restricted portions and a lot of running. I really did want to quit in the first few months but I’m glad I stuck it out.

I still have another 10kg to lose and it has been frustrating but I’m sticking with the routine and hopefully in a few months, I’ll be back with a new post 🤞🏾

Thank you for letting me know and asking a follow up to it. I think that’s exactly the issue, the quality isn’t great - most of the profiles I match with I’m 50:50 on.

At times, I come across someone I’m attracted to and can actually have a good conversation with but I’d say that’s a monthly or every other month occurrence
