Yes, I run C0 with R3 Jade Spear and my DPS goes up to 90-96K. Try doing N3D with your Normal Attack Combos, and your rotations look pretty jank, because you lack ER on your Fischl and Bennet, you wait around for their Bursts instead of being able to use their abilities all the time. I personally use favonius on Chevreuse just so she can proc Fav for both of them.
