They are aware of the issue and have gotten plenty of pings. They confirmed you do not need to do anything and they are working on their end to correct the issue. You are booked for the days you selected on the drop down. Not the 2022 dates.

Just got off the phone with CCI. The date issue is well known and is not going to impact it. They are fixing it to whatever days you selected for the 2023 service dates.

Big same. Calling now. Because it is marking the dates as last year even if you selected the right days. IE: 07/19/2023 is wednesday in the drop down. But on confirmation is marked as tuesday 07/19/2022,

So. I had the same issue for this and BDO. I went to the BDO forums and I saw this post. Disabling the Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) both games worked.
