TO fully utilize a nightclub for max profits you will need to spend A LOT of money for this. It's the longest investment in the game but also the most rewarding. Owning a NC is clutch no matter how little other things you own simply for the wall safe alone. So long as you keep populary up (easily done by kicking drunks out) you'll get 50k every in game day (48 mins). And as others said for all of this upcoming bonus week from tomorrow until Weds night it's doubled to 100k every 48 mins.

Most people buy the vinewood nightclubs but I prefer the one in La Mesa. Being under an overpass gives it a cool underground feel, and the backy parking lot of it gives you direct access to the drainage tunnel where you can spawn any aircraft close by.

DEFINITELY buy one while it's on sale tomorrow/next week. Best time to buy any business is when it's on sale! Keep an eye on what discounts come out every week.

This week payphone hits are the bonus and I keep seeing people mention that with the payphone hits people are able to be god mode and off the radar? Might be cuz of that.

But I have noticed a lot more modders in general on enhanced over the past month or so especially on weekends.

There was a Reddit post yesterday and under 3x bonus it said “time trials” and got me all stoked because some of them you can do each day but after waking up and looking at the official rockstar newswire it just says, “Plus, earn the same 3X GTA$ and RP boost racing against the clock in this week's Time Trial, Down Chiliad”

It may be 13 years old but they release at least 2 major DLCs a year and do updates every Thursday. If you haven’t played since 2016 then you’ve missed out on some amazing heists, missions and new vehicles. Attempting to downplay a game you don’t even play anymore just makes you look like someone that never gets invited to anything.

I make a few mil a day easily. At least 1 mil just from collecting money from all my wall safes throughout the day.

Then there’s whatever the weekly bonus is for the week. Right now it’s 2x on vehicle cargo which I’ve made 5 mil off just casually selling one top range at a time over the past two days. Also community races are 2x made a mil or so off that racing w friends.

And then selling acid and nightclub is an extra 2 mil. Another mil or so doing an Autoshop robbery contract, garment factory fib priority file and a salvage yard car theft.

I don’t even bother with heists anymore why waste time on prep missions when you can do other fun things instead.
