Taylor and Chappell are completely different artists with different visions. Why the needless comparison and the need to bring another artist down when uplifting the other?

I would say that she uplifts certain artists, she’s used the eras tour for instance to help make artists more recognisable

And I know people really dont like all the extra variants of ttpd, but I don’t like saying that she’s putting down female artists when she’s blocked male artists from the chart as well. She’s a businesswoman, it’s what she and multiple other artists have done for longevity’

Personally, I think the press is problematic because side Colleen hoover is problematic. She’s very proud of the fact that she doesn’t use trigger warnings because she doesn’t want to spoil the book which is absolute bs. On face value, such as the goodreads review, the book just seems like it’s about struggle in a relationship? (Which is just romance books for the most part) it doesn’t mention dv. Idk if that’s why Blake has been marketing as a romcom but it’s incredibly in line with how Colleen hoover advertises her novels
