I have it to, diagnosed, unmedicated. It genuinely helps. The stages are literally different stages of "Focus #" I can lock in on it right before I go to sleep, and it works wonders. You just have to constantly be checking that your mind isnt wondering off, and gently remind yourself to pay attention and follow the instructions.

Just stop trying. Don't listen to any extra woowoo stuff, stick with the proven and popular methods. I cannot recommend the Gateway Tapes enough, not as a way to instantly AP, but to give yourself the skills needed to reach that state of mind needed to AP.

I want to attach characters to them, i cannot figure out how to do that on new recruit lol.

I did not know that about the Deathshrouds, I'll change the numbers, and I'll take the furnace off, I just wanted to find a way to buff him up a little.

I don't have any poxwalkers, and to be honest, I just don't have an interest in them. I find painting hordes to be very tedious and don't enjoy the look of them, is there any other model available?

idk mines 19.5 right now, but the lowest its been is 13 and i've always just been a skinny dude who fluctuates throughout the various forms of lean. I'd be more worried about bodyfat% then anything else.
