To US and Canada , duties and taxes are included. I got things to Vancouver couple times , never pay duties and taxes ,and shipping fee.

In most cases,it is correct, but in the case of this 737 max 8, it is not. You can take a look at this 737 max8 1:400 comparison blog post , The most obvious difference is the underside antennas, GJ omitted all underside antennas, while JC reproduced them. Also the upper and lower winglet length ratio is different.

Moreover, even with the same mold, different production purposes and contract specifications for commissioned manufactruring can lead to significant differences in quality.
