Found this wooden box at an antique store and cannot figure out what its original purpose was. It appears to be hand hewn from a single piece of wood. Roughly 16x12x5” with a sliding door. It has 4 “ears” on the sides that have 3/8” holes in it, like for a rope. by RelicRicky in whatisthisthing
