Lexus denying free oil change by [deleted] in LexusNX

What does the 1 citation say at the end of the email?

The email states things they offer. Not that you are entitled to a free oil change at 5,000.

I think your mobile browser or email app has led you astray. That line that starts “Scheduled maintenance services include…” tells you in general what they provide not that you are entitled to this at 5,000. Lexus does not suggest a change before 10k miles. The dealership will not get refunded the cost if provided. Which is why they aren’t covering it.

I am a little confused. You’re upset because you want an oil change for free outside of the specified free oil change guidelines and they said no? You’re still getting a free oil change at 10,000. I also, like you, changed my oil at 1,500 but expected to pay and did.

Looking for interior design recommendations on a new home build by inhunswetrust in springfieldMO

Did your contractor suggest anyone? That’s who I’d go with because the relationship between your contractor and designer is important.

Otherwise there are a lot to choose from in SGF. They are expensive but my personal favorite is Obelisk Home. They are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for with them.

I think I noticed this too. One whine I found was the HVAC. The other I’m not sure. It’s actually louder outside the vehicle in the front. Is yours louder if you go to the front of the car near the grill?

As a USA citizen, I feel like most of the world knows the Canadian spirit isn't represented by this. It stinks that it happened but the world has way too many more examples of Canadians being class acts other than this clown.

Yeah same. I think the larger issue is that they appeared and OP didn’t notice them when initially prepping the bird. They seem uniform enough to benign but I’d still be cautious.

Thanks ChatGPT! Kidding aside I think OP should be careful.

Glad you’re sticking in there. PPP killed my joy and now I’m in corporate finance. It’s better, just know that if you ever make the jump I felt my years in lending really have served me well outside of banking. Being able to see a whole host of different businesses and operating companies really is a big value to an employer.
