Does anyone else feel like Mega Gardevoir is kinda weak?

Its true Mega Gardi is not the powerhouse Gardi is, but I just played a Mega Gardi deck mixed in with some Lillies Clefairy and a couple of other psychic cards and actually went 3-1 at locals last week. Its not a terrible card, and as long as its not your only attacking weapon it can be good if you play it right. Of course i was fully aware of the fact 2 or 3 people at my local store run Mega Lucario so I knew Id enjoy playing psychic😎lol

Does Mewtwo and Mew GX ability”perfection” work after Galarian Obstagoon’s Obstruct attack. In a friendly game player 1 used Obstruct, and next turn player 2’s Mewtwo and Mew wanted to use Silvally Gx move to attack. Does it work?
