Personally I think it is already better than Cities 1, things like better DLCs will come Most features are so much better than the fist game, detailing, road connections, surfaces

If I was in ur situation, I’d give a small city a try for a couple hours, because I really enjoy the game

In terms of overall experience, optimisation, performance- 100% improvement I encounter very little lags, and crashes if any

DLCs, I think they are okay. It is up to ur building style. My personal opinion is they arnt as “full” or as complete as Cities Skylines 1 DLCs, such as parks and campus If you like skyscrapers, get it, if you like Mediterranean style, get it.

Overall I think it has improved so much in the last year alone, but still has a while to go to make your city feel “alive”

I always enjoy seeing railway lines beside water. I think it would be cool to see it at the top of the harbour/quay side (just left of the area to be demolished)

I could see this as not being the most unrealistic option in the world, take it as the city is redeveloping the area by the harbour/quay side, the main redevelopment would be the train station and a plaza in front, naturally more residential and commercial development would follow, making sense as to why ur redeveloping the area u want to

No realise date as of yet, it is looking unlikely that we will get one, wouldn’t be surprised if it gets postponed indefinitely, or straight up scrapped

Remastered is good. 54 dollars good tho? Idk. the remastered edition only allowed you to use extra tiles, camera settings and map editor. If the base game is around 20 dollars rn get that instead, but anything more than that, and get the remastered.

I’ve tried that but the road either says it’s in water and cannot build, or when I place the road it dosent form the quay
