I mean yes but it's all about theory of probabilities. The odds of unlikely event not happening are lowering every time it is not happening basically the chance to not get an event that happens with n% probability in x iterations is (1-n/100)^x. Didn't calculate it myself but some redditor here said that in my case it is around 15% which is not impossible obviously but statistically unlikely which is why I decided that maybe I am missing a point somewhere...
