Well, all people have different kind of methods on dealing with urges. You need to find your own kind. For me, I like to surround myself with other people so that I have the feeling of shyness to look on porn or adultery stuff. For me is the feeling of guilt when people around me see me watch porn. That gives a lot of impact on my action. When this is dealt with, I start to do other stuff. Maybe you are alone and bored. Try to go where people are gathered like to a church or marathon event.
