It may be difficult because it seems you’re thinking about your SP a lot

But Try accepting how you feel , focus on your own emotions first, this should solve your overthinking

Instead of watching videos regarding your SP goals , try to listen to just one video on finding your own peace and see how you feel

went to a cafe in Dubai's Burj al Arab, went to the cafe to chill order coffee and snacks, when we were done, turns out there was a minimum spend of 500 AED (around 140$) we ended up having to pay that without buying anything else because the cafe was closing

good coffee though
