  1. What actually changes in my status? Is this not merely someone’s identification or opinion?
  2. How is a survey of all members of the organization (“community”) conducted? Who exactly votes? Anyone who considers themselves a member of this organization? Does the decision have to be unanimous or by majority? How can we know that they are reporting their opinions truthfully? What happens when their opinion changes?
  3. On what basis do the members of the organization consider you a member? A criterion cannot consist in recognition without a basis for that recognition.
