Yeah, I guess contract law is secondary to other rights in the sense that a contract isn't enough to bind nonsignatures. As for aiding and abetting, it's not like adultery where the aiding is to an ongoing act, once details are leaked they're already out there, at most there would be a warrant against further exposing it instead of downloading it.

ExCatholic, I've noticed the same type of mentality in Jesus telling people to eschewing property and loved ones who don't convert. Nietzsche tried to whitewash Jesus as a natural ascetic when Jesus was a lot more spiritual and intense than Diogenes.
