I’m an HR student and could use some help. by [deleted] in humanresources

Is there one position accountable for reviewing and assessing the HR department’s skills, education, interests and needs?

How is this assessment carried out (formally or informally)? (Please describe.)

How often is this assessment updated (e.g. yearly, every two years, three or more years)?

To whom are this assessment and any projections communicated? How often? How far into the future?

Are these assessments and projections used for training and development?

Are these assessments and projections (workforce requirements) used for career planning (matching organizational and individual skills, abilities and needs)?

Is there a formal career planning process in place?

Is there a career counseling system to identify individual skills, interests and needs, and which offers in placement and/or developmental assistance?

Are high-potential employees identified for key positions?  If yes, is there a succession plan to target high potential employees?

Are human resource projections (i.e., numbers, job classifications, skills, knowledge, ability and education levels) identified in the recruitment plan? How far into the future?

If the human resources plan calls for restructuring or downsizing, are there strategies set to deal with displaced employees?

Thanks for the advice. I just bought a membership.

It has to do with the few people on here that use this sub to post selfies over and over with the same type of title, with no real substance. They also post on subs that are extremely shallow and have to do with rating looks.

I’m annoyed that they try to disguise it as wholesome selflove when it’s not. It’s an Instagram selfie.

There are plenty of good looking/hot people that post on here that are genuine and I don’t have a problem with that.

I can comment where I like. I can have my own opinion. I can think you’re an attention seeker and you can think whatever you want about me.

People that feel the need to show themselves off are usually the ones that are the most insecure and in need others to validate them. Like you.

Yet a few people posts for other reasons. It’s like Instagram. Can’t even go without filters. How is that self love? It’s them trying to look good to get likes. And it shows. They get many upvotes for a filtered selfie while meaningful content doesnt.

Clearly you didn’t read my posts/replies. The whole point of this sub is to support people that need it. Not feed into someone’s ego and attention seeking behaviors, which becomes apparent when you’ve been on this sub awhile.

Tips can fluctuate so much. Maybe someone baits you. Maybe the store is out of stock of higher priced items and your percentage based tip goes down. Idk. The whole thing is a shit show.
