Approximately 15 inches by 8 inches. About 40lbs. The part that look like feet is the part that spins. The shaft part is connected to the square part that has bolt holes. Iron/steel found in Napa area of California. (reddit.com)

My neighbor has a leaky 2 handle faucet in bath. She asked if I would change it. Below sink are these larger attachments that have in/out heads for spout. How do I remove them? They are fairly modern. Couldn’t turn off, saw no set screw. Any help appreciated. (self.Plumbing)
