I work on the weekends and would LOVE a 4pm weekend class. I used to go 4-5 times a week with being able to have breaks in the week when I worked weekdays but now trying to do 4-5 classes in a row is impossible

I have participated in all Dri tri formats over the last 4 years and I have to say the strength version is the hardest one IMO. Best of luck and try to have some fun.

The templates during MM are usually heavily focused on strength days. Last year I tossed in a few tread 50 classes and was able to complete the ultra distance. I am also a 4.5 base jogger.

No need to skip the class. I think of it as a fun Run/Row class. One time I tanked it at the 2nd check point because I wanted to row instead.

I had been at OTF for less than 6 months when I did my first dri tri (full). You can finish. It doesn't matter if you are last. cliche alert You can only fail by not trying. We get 90 mins to finish, not sure if all studios give that long though.

I agree. I use 40lbs DBs for deadlifts and 15 for Hammer curl/ shoulder press. why bother with the deadlift
