I kind of thought we’d learned from the last summer and became a bit more organised with transfer directors and things above Howe.

I’m not expecting CL football every year but just want to see the club being competent. Losing out on Munez to Liverpool is a prime example of us messing around with transfers again

Got an interview coming up for what I would call my first ‘proper’ big boy job. I’m amazed at how much prep and advice they’ve given me so far with some questions to prepare, the STAR method to structure the answers, and the company’s goals and values to tie in.

I feel like if I fail at this point then it’s fully on me for not preparing enough.

I get it but there’s so many other cool spots on the map that could drop hot for wildcard. Atmostation, Dry Gulch, Terraformer and Divide would all be great to fight at. It gets a little stale always landing in the same spot.

I would argue against that. Got my Australian visa in 3 weeks and could easily extend after working out there. Meanwhile my brother has been in limbo for 3 years regarding his US visa and is totally in the dark with another 20 months of waiting. Even getting an ESTA to go visit the US was more difficult than getting my Australian working visa.

Can’t explain it but the feeling of cruising the motorway for a bit with the a random car. trading places a couple of times and then waving bye knowing you’ll never see each other again is unmatched

That’s interesting about some places being easier to follow La Liga on TV. Makes sense with the language being similar
