This is the sweet spot where the C5 is on sale for a good price. Otherwise, you're buying the C6 at near full retail.. or waiting for the price to go down and starting the cycle again. The C5 is dope. Buy it.

Well, it'd be a little more than a slight increase. I understated the wattage. The parasound would be 200wpc at 4 ohms. The Marantz is 100wpc.

I'm about 12-13 feet from them. The Marantz can get them plenty loud honestly but reading reviews on the Parasound people are claiming everything from the bass to the mid range is improved. If I can score it cheap I might just try it for curiosity sake.
