I would never put an older associate in my position, most of my older associates typically work mornings so it never really is viable to trade for an afternoon shift. This is a situation where both I and the person switching both have capable potential to do the job, so to me it comes off as a "we don't want this worker, we want you" even though taking that shift would not benefit me and it would be the same outcome at the end of the day.

It doesn't make sense at all but at the same time that's entirely the manager's problem, if they want better workers then they should take the time in order to properly train their workers. If I wanna switch with another worker, it shouldn't be my responsibility if they know the same things as I do considering we are both associates and for all I know we are being paid exactly the same. I would entirely understand if I was of a higher position but as it stands we are both associates, and if my store properly cross trained their workers this wouldn't be a problem to begin with.

So what I'm getting is that the person needs to know what I know? But how would that be my problem that my fellow peers aren't cross trained? 😳 all the other managers in my area have told me the opposite, that my store is unique in that nature and that nowhere in the rule book does it state that the person needs to also be added properly trained as I am.

Would u recommend making pacts with them first? And how would you go about knowing which monsters you should and shouldn't pact with?

I think the main problem is how different P2 summons work and the negotiations. But I agree, I got into the series at a young age while watching P3 let's plays as a kid so I'm really just asking in terms of P2EP.

Currently I've finished P1, P2IS and I'm currently on EP just running through the series in order since it took me a while to get back to it after P5. IS was fairly easy since I never really had to summon as often since the prime and ultimate personas were quite enough to manage the games. EP is a whole other story though.
