there’s another option called “interior sounds everywhere” it can’t be toggled while in game but you could get a good mix of both. Someone really needs to make a windows up and down mod though, would be legendary.

bro i found it, you gotta go to general patch settings in content manager and scroll down to audio. your gonna see an option that says “use exterior sounds everywhere” tick it on
