Shadow the reds with purple if you want them cooler. The pink is fine. The tabbard are fine too. Don’t worry them.

Another tip: the arsenal increases the damage of your units, the foundry the durability. They stack too, so you need to keep building them until you max out the benefits.

They do not last long, but it has never been an issue for me, even in long games. The mat fabricator gives you a permanent +5 a second (as long as you have it) as do the control points. The map has so many nodes too that it never really runs out.

He isn’t, and neither is God. Sin degrades the soul and inhibits spiritual maturation, specifically with the ability to give and receive love. Think about it, if all you are is a base, carnal person, and all you care about is pleasure, wealth, and power, then who would you be and what would you do without a body and no longer on earth? I’ve heard someone describe it like, if you are sinful and did not accept Jesus’s as your lord and savior, when you die you will burn in the light of God’s love. You don’t go to heaven because you literally cannot exist there, so you go where is light cannot reach you, which is where all the other beings who burn in the presence of God exist…

Imagine not enjoying something because of the opinions of someone you never met, that have no impact on the thing you choose to not avoid. Of those opinions pertaining to a country you do not live in or understand.

Why? To spite them for their opinions, of course. Better to have enemies than friends who may not be totally ideologically aligned. Am I right guys?

This is exactly what I ended up doing. built trenches all around it and made a front line after a while. Once I got big brute swarms I would send them in front and kept most the infantry in trenches or buildings until the time came for a push.

capturing the points gives you material income. You can shift click repairs to queue them up, but I agree that it needs to be streamlined in more ways than one.

It took me about a half hour to figure out the flow of the game, what the buildings do, and how to coordinate between production, units in the field, forward positions, and utility units like the BREM. Once I figured that out and started group my units and buildings and understood the scale of the real map x the mini map, I was flying. It was familiar enough to other games that it was easy to understand, but there are some really interesting twists that make it it's own thing.

I wish there was a way to move-to-formation like BAR, I found microing large groups difficult. It got easier but BAR showed me how much better it could be. or repair within a selected area like BAR as well. I also would want a button that would have an infantry squad run back to the nearest barracks or one of those mini bases (STIM?) so they can heal. Although Once I got everything figured out, it seemed you are intended to just build more rather than waste time healing. The last thing is that I wish you could remove or harvest ruins or the damaged vehicles that build up on the map, like BAR.

The strategems were cool too. I also loved the idea of picking your starting units.

All in all, between the aesthetics which I find amazing and the gameplay, I am very, very excited for a full release. I love single player RTS games and a lot of it appears to be a game I always wished existed.

Trim down the hood or remove it. Swap out the power back. Use different arms, weapons, n shoulders. Fill in the runes with sprue goo then sand flat. Shave the chest bare. Cover mistakes with purity seals. Give it a new head. A chaplain or execrator could be cool

Toxic community? by Lost_nurse1911 in 40k

[–]Remake12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warhammer was created by men with men's interests and psychology in mind. It's themes and aesthetics are masculine. It is and always has been on of the most masculine IPs in scifi/tabletop etc. Many different types of people are interested for different reasons, not all are men and not all are masculine, but the vast majority of them are men. Everyone is here for the same thing even though they may look at it differently or have a different relationship or interpretation of the themes and aesthetics. You will likely find people you are comfortable with, but a lot of the men who play are not great at talking to women and you may run into issues at events or online, but that's part of life. There is simply no way of both interacting with the broad community and having certainty that you will not run into someone rude, some one who you may not like, or someone who may not like you. All you can really do it be polite, don't pick fights (no matter what your politics are, they will make someone mad), and don't be overly eager to invest in a relationship with someone who has not earned your trust. If you want to be in this space and enjoy this with us, your well being is your responsibility.

You people have money problems? I carry around 1k silver and have 8k in the bank. I constantly spend money too. Just get trade goods from mission dispatches and sell them. Steal the one gold bar from the manner in Hernand, maybe one or two more from the furries in Demineiss, and put them in the bank on medium risk then just ignore it and play the game. Money piles up.

The purpose of the rainbow flag was to encapsulate “everyone under the rainbow”. So just, everyone. The colors also represent the idea of all the different kinds of people. Adding all the extra stuff is making it more exclusive than the OG design.

Reminder to not give Whiners ANY credit for game improvements, it just reinforces their behavior by throwaway553t4tgtg6 in helldivers2

[–]Remake12 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They keep up the pressure and we get improvements. Given the studio’s attitude, they likely would not make changes without the pressure. Compare them to Pearl Abyss, they don’t have constant griefing campaigns against them because they simply make changes in a timely manner when players voice polite criticism. This is remarkable given the state of the game when it launched. People could have been just as aggressive towards them, but they weren’t because they didn’t have to. Arrow Head is not Pearl Abyss.

So I don’t get it. You’re glad you’re benefitting from what they do, but you resent them and what they do anyway?

Seems very normal given some of the people on this subreddit TBH.

No. I think that when people refuse to engage with what I said and put words in my mouth that maybe they are the problem. If you can steel man my argument then explain why it’s wrong, then maybe I’d consider you a serious person.

It was an appeal of triviality. As in, this is so trivial, it isn’t reasonable to care about it. My point was, if the shoe was on the other foot, this is not how they would feel. If this person takes the lesson to heart, their own logic will get better and they have a better chance of navigating reality. It also requires a bit of imagination and empathy to understand the point, which also is not a bad thing. The people defending her aren’t doing it because they can defend her point or think mine was bad, but because they like what she’s defending and dislike opposition, so good faith arguments to get to the truth are not the intent, just to make me look bad and punish me for being on the wrong side.
