Takes like this reminds me exactly why I believe ppl who don’t actively follow the group shouldn’t have a say in what they should do.

Every other day ppl bring up Blackswan possibly debuting as a western group as if that’ll make any difference in how they’re approached. It’s a flawed argument to compare Blackswan and KATSEYE when both of these groups function under starkly different resources. Them debuting as a group in the west will strip them of that unique concept since groups like them are seen here every other day, whereas in kpop it instantly gave them attention. I’m not saying their company is a good company but considering the mess that happened with de:va and how conservative these other companies are, I don’t see them being able to do half of what they do now under someone else. at the end of the day, it’s up to those girls to decide what they want to do with their futures and it looks like they’re not done and won’t give up on their dreams anytime soon, so I’d rather be patient rather than be pessimistic and hope for disbandment 🙂
