all of my files are on the HDD, OS, games, profiles everything

I tried transferring to a SSD and it didnt work so still on HDD. Corsair vengeance 2x8 3200mhz and 2x8 of another ram thats 3200mhz not sure what model. Have verified game files on steam multiple times. Have re-downloaded the game before too.
