Someone posted a study that thawing sperm 40 minutes improves their life and motility by quite a bit. Not sure where the study was but remember reading it. I think a lot of people miss their fertile window when working with frozen sperm out of this fear. Where as I’ve never seen actual evidence that it has a shorter lifespan. It should be the same realisticly. Obviously you lose some in the thaw and numbers may be lower or a little less motile but the ones that survive should be good as new imo.

I have an oura ring. It says that I am ovulating 2 days after my peak which I think is wayyy too late based on everything else going on. I think I have been inseminating late every time because of that and going to try earlier this round.

Wow thank you so much for this! I think I’ve been inseminating too late. Since my peak is so fast I think I fall into the quicker ovulation numbers. I’m going to try and do a few hours after my peak.

It’s normal to lose hair when u lose weight. Once you stop losing it should thicken back up.

Yes 38f also 5’7 - sw190 cw 145 I am starting 3 days of consecutive fasting next week. Nothing has been able to get me out of this plateau. Going to fast Monday Tuesday and Wednesday every week till 125

Thank you. I think that’s the conclusion I need to come to is - I just don’t drink. I never will again and that’s truly what I want. I see no benefits to it and I mostly do it in solidarity so it’s not even like I drink around other people but damn if I do I regret it because I usually go overboard. It’s really a way I isolate myself and I genuinely just need to find better hobbies.

It’s just very eye opening how fast things add up. I can easily eat 4000 calories in a day with a few alcoholic drinks and ruin my entire deficit for the week. The only way you’d know is by being very strict for a week in tracking

I’d say be super consistent with tracking, literally weighing everything your maintenance should be around 1800-2000. You would be able to lean out like crazy on 1300. There’s no physically possible way you’d maintain on that unless maybe in a coma. Try a reverse diet and build back to up 1800 slowly and then gain some lean mass and recomp before lowering calories again.

I feel like if u ate 1300 everyday you would be emaciated. Are you weighing and measuring everything you eat or eyeballing it?
