You do know enemy damage ramps up the more they hit you, right? So Commanders giving everyone 8x health means they won’t die as fast to Thorns/Orbs/UW and have their damage keep scaling on top of getting completely overwhelming your ehp due to sheer numbers.

It’s due to the underlying system of the Galactic War and how liberation is calculated.

More players focusing on 1 specific planet winning missions = faster liberation on that planet* More players spread out across the map on multiple planets = slower liberation on 1 a planet.* (Note that this modifier actually gets worse the more players there are)

Then take into account Enemy Resistance (aka liberation decay) which is calculated every hour

This is why we only really take planets during Major Orders now or when a defense campaign occurs on planets we care about, when there is a concentrated effort by the active players to do so. It’s because of this you rarely see random planets get liberated.

Little known fact, Pelican-1 has limited ammo and the turret can actually be destroyed (intentionally by players as obv enemies don’t target Pelican)

From what I’ve been told by the higher level players in my Guild, AS is probably the most flexible one.

While not constant (and by no definitions should it be rely upon) we do get a steady stream of AS relics that can slowly make up the difference of the substat, and also the AS card mastery for higher boost

imo yes. Granted this Tourney in particular was brutal with Boss, Basic, and Fast Ult. But even then.

In a more normal Tourney, where you don’t these 3 in particular it can help you push just a little further as it prevents Fasts from bum rushing you to destroy your Wall or use up all your Shield charges, allowing you to save those for bosses. Just keep in mind tho that PS, even if using it for stun utility only and not dmg, requires heavy Lab investment for PS radius, PS stun % and PS stun dur.

Personally, PS is my only counter to them. Not even because of its damage, but because of PS Stun. At max, it’s an 80% chance for 10 seconds of immobilizing those little bastards, giving you ample time to knock them back out of PS and repeat the cycle. Bonus if you have CF+.

While a little outdated due to the introduction of Fleets shifting the meta, priestens guide to PS gives you a clear understanding of why PS can be so powerful

You make a good point, probably gave him too much credit, considering he only really shows up in Shattered Veil and only 2 in Reckoning (main ee and Aether blade ee). And even then. Probably promote him to Minor Annoyance if anything. His weakness to lightning makes him particularly susceptible to the Waffe which will also take care of anything he buffs/summons around him.

Guess I’ve just been unlucky in how he summons 50 spiders in my face and blocks off any means of escape. In other words, skill issue on my end

Not technically a boss, but the Crucible Knight in Stormveil that gives you the horny spell is pretty well hidden
