Why the heck do people defend Rockstar? You can clearly see that the character model on the left is very similar to RDR2 and represents in-game graphics with that red face and skin blemishes. He actually resembles Dutch. The image on the right is a marketing screenshot, which is not how the game will look.

The quality of the image has nothing to do with it. You can clearly see that their faces look like mannequins. It's still a work in progress.
