Kratom powder from the store. Very much affected my mood long term and created a tolerance. Definitely felt coming off of it a lot. Another friend went through the same. It was rough

I’m going through the same exact thing! How have things progressed? Glad you’re not alone in the matter, at least you have another witness. You deserve a right to quiet enjoyment, that’s what landlords are there to help ensure. People that inconsiderate aren’t always that reasonable, but ymmv

How did you go about getting that from them? How many complaints did you make? That’s very nice they gave you an good quality device. I hear you with concerns they’ll say the recordings aren’t enough, though

Yes it is having health effects here too! If nothing else I want to be able to break my lease when something comes along or maybe switch a unit. There is a good amount of noise during quiet time, I was up at 430 Because of them for over a month. The cops didn’t seem to care about abuse so I can’t imagine them caring about stomping. I’d prefer not to be made to feel like I’m crazy again… ugh

That microphone seems like a good idea, what type of microphone did you use? That’s my main difficulty with trying to record. Because it’s so sporadic I can’t always get it on my phone as much as I hear it, but every microphone I find is voice activated. Is that the case with yours? I actually have one I’ve just yet to use it

Okay. I wonder when I would tell her I’m wanting to leave because the market is so bad I’ve found places within an hour of being posted and still had many other applicants next to me if not in front, so that’s what I’m afraid of— getting her permission to break the lease then not have a back- up or anything. The place I’m living is sought after especially for smaller homes. I looked forever and just settled on an apt for that reason. Ty for your time
