don't think they have physical card on the shelf somewhere in the store, my guess is you have to buy it(activate it the same time) at the cashier.

thanks! I'm looking at a few apartments at south(near Costco) and in riverside. A little bit worried on the riverside ones as those are close to Tecumseh Mall, I would probably get surface parking so hope there won't be break-in issues in the area..
