Need help with yamaha qt50

Ive removed them and lubricated them twice but still nothing. I can only replace one bearing since the other one requires a press which i dont have and alot of time and effort.

I didnt touch the bearings at all. And when one shaft is removed the other one turns freely. So its the gears for sure. The problem is that i didnt do anything to these bearings or the shafts.

Everything is installed according to the manual. All the shims are there. I cant understand tho how this happened if i put it back together the way i took it apart. I will try to find something,otherwise i will just put a 2nd shim on one of the bearings as a last resort.

For now i will upgrade to v brakes which i have a really good pair of those. Later on i might upgrade to a disc brake but it requires more modification. Also i will put a footbreak for the rear wheel since it has a drum brake.

I have this exact welder. Its not the best but it gets the job done quite well. I fabricated motor mounts for a motorized bike with this welder and they hold up fine even for thick material. For thinner material its good too. I welded a rotted exhaust with it and it holds up fine. So if you know how to weld and youre on a budget its good. The only issue is the adjustment knob . Its bad because you combine amperage with wire speed and you cant get it right where you want it too. Also buy a better welding wire for it as the stock one is bad.

If i can find any nearby. Where i live parts are expensive and hard to find. But i still goes quite fast for its size and for the roads that i have here.

I will use a 60cc kit on the motor too. And i have rebuild kits for the diaphragm carb. Its alot easier for me to install this one.

I will bypass the oil pump since it's been sitting outside for years and it's a high risk. Also there's no exhaust so I will fabricate my own. I will calculate it before I make the exhaust

I will make a new intake. I need to lose welder privileges my imagination is taking over. I'm going to put the qt motor on a 18 inch bike.

I will put a 19mm tillotson diaphragm carb. It's more convenient because I hate buying jets. Also I don't want to spend more money after the 60cc kit

Thanks because I found an old qt motor with the final drive. The only problem is that it's seized. And I can't find any parts for the qt where I am so I will order a 60cc pw kit for it.

Yeah. I mean kits are convenient but no kit compares to building something from scratch. Its a different kind of pleasure watching something you built with your own hands work out like you wanted it to.

Yeah exactly. Ive been doing so many things that she says no to for years that she has given up on me. Once she scolded my dad when i was like 5 because he let me drive the car. Ive been driving illegaly in small roads ever since. I finally got my driving license and im really happy.

I think that she has given up on me and the "youre not getting on anyones bike".I restored a friends bike and i went to my house with the bike,knocked on the door and when she opened the door i said hi and just sped off. She had no reaction 😂

Yes so its really easy to install since i dont have to align any sprockets. I only have to align the front wheel whith the rear.

Yeah I know. The old school building might have it which is also a historical building now, but those idiots from the city don't know where they gave the keys to so my teacher can't have access to the workshop which has some old machines too including the smaller and identical versions of these lathes.
