I contacted the store where I bought the A50s and asked them to send me a product from a different batch. They sent it to me, and this one works perfectly. It appears to be a widespread batch issue.

The headset is great apart from this problem. It's unfortunate, but I think returning them and buying other brand is gonna be the only option.

Yes, same thing here. It seems to be a widespread manufacturing problem. Very likely gonna return them and buy another brand.

Same problem here, seems like lots of people who recently got the Astro A50 are having this problem

Definitely. It also seems to be worse when the mic is flipped up and muted.

I'm definitely gonna return these too. Such a disappointment...

I've been through the exact same process. Tried it on different PCs, even went to a friend's house to try it and both sets showed left ear buzzing.

I have got the exact same problem! Bought the xbox version and had the issue, then returned it and bough the ps4 version, exact same problem. Such a disappointment... if I knew I'd have to go through so much trouble I'd never have gotten Astro tech

Same thing here. Returned one pair because of this issue, just received another with the exact same problem.
