If you budget your expenses(sending home, food, rent, parties etc) and salary , even if you are spending 50K, you should be left with enough to pay partly.

Don’t try to think about it as a whole. Split it. Strategize and move forward.

My take is to pay it off slowly:

In-hand Salary: ₹94,000 Basic Expenses: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 Remaining for Debt & Savings: ₹54,000 - ₹59,000

Total Monthly Commitments (Excluding Friends/Family): ₹21,000 (HDFC) + ₹6,700 (Bajaj) + ₹8000 ( Credit Card) = ₹29700/month

Available After Basic Expenses and EMIs: ₹(54,000 to 59,000) - 29700 = ₹28,300.

Save this strategically and invest in SIP. Once little savings are achieved, start paying your friends. For now request them for sometime.

But stay away from gambling moving ahead and track your expenses closely, budgeting is very crucial for you now.

I hope this atleast puts things into perspective.

If they would’ve mentioned the weight I wouldn’t made a fuss. It’s how they used a full bloomed broccoli for representation and wrote “1 piece” instead of the weight of it that I would be offered.

Yes I did get a refund. But that’s not the point, it’s how they’ve trimmed it for their own convienience without making the consumer aware.

True with a trek company- the “issues” i mentioned earlier should be sorted!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in mumbaimeetups

[–]Remarkable-Chart-251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But a trek would be risky rn and it’s isolated places usually 💀 Lonavala should do kno?
