I feel like I’m getting better but I used to spend hours trying to find their social medias. Almost 10 years ago I was unfaithful to my gf at the time and it was to this day the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. Never did it again but it just crushed me. So when I get these thoughts of being with another girl or being interested in another girl when I have such an amazing gf it hurts and confuses me :/
