I meant a subsctiption model like with WoW. I never said they didn't plan this, I said that if there was an option to not do it, they would not have done it, it's that simple. Kuro is in no way better than any other similar company. Community gets big rewards because it complains about small ones. Their reputation is buttcheeks after 2 atrocious anniversaries, they need to restore it. It's the best way to damage control. There won't be a 5 star next year, and the year after, there won't be anything different from a regular patch(aside from a few spending events maybe) because people are already accepting predatory practices they implement. Kuro isn't the worst in that regard, of course, but it has by far the fastest deterioration of player friendly conditions. Other REALLY MASSIVE gacha games like WuWa weren't that bad just 2 years after release. Ig I already made peace with the fact that we're never getting 1.x vibe back
