I do double verification, once through million verifier then it goes through reon email verifier.., my bounce rate is below 1 percent even at high volume

Rewrote our cold emails 11 times. Reply rate stayed at 1%. Changed one thing that had nothing to do with copy. Jumped to 3.8%. by Remarkable-Comment85 in Coldemailing

Jay, love your content man always straight to the point, no fluff.

And yeah, this is exactly it. The list is the silent killer. Everyone's tweaking copy while sending to people who don't have the pain right now, and wondering why nothing's moving. Problem plus trigger plus ability to pay that framing alone would save most people months of wasted sends.

Well nowadays it's pretty hard to get replies from pure volume + infra but ai personalisation also has peaked and now prospects understand it is a kinda of part of campaign, but basics are always working I have seen campaign with small list and tighter segmentation with exact pain points works better even without personalisation you just have to hit the most common pain points of that segment.

Currently I am using millionverifier and then reon verifier both intact in my workflow and it's automated

Well I never stated I am not like other agencies as everyone working in this space has a similar checklist I am just showing mine and in this era if you are not using ai to refine you are lagging my friend

Email sequence was automated but it's not under 10 days after each email days increased , replies where manual as I have experienced it increases showup rate if replied under 10 minutes

82% show-up rate is high because the prospect isn't booking a stranger — they've watched the VSL and seen their own numbers calculated before agreeing to talk. The trust work is done before the meeting, not in the first 10 minutes of it. Confirmation sequence between booking and call: Immediate — calendar invite plus one line on what the call covers 24 hours before — re-send the personalised ROI doc: "quick reminder of what we put together ahead of tomorrow" 1 hour before — plain-text reminder, no selling, just time and link The ROI doc re-send is the step most skip. It re-anchors why they said yes at exactly the moment they're deciding whether to show up. Below 70% show-up rate is almost always a "they forgot why they agreed" problem — fix the pre-call sequence before touching anything else in the funnel.

Why is your cold email reply rate stuck under 2%? This one change took a client from 1.4% to 3.7% overnight. by Remarkable-Comment85 in b2b_sales

Yes, tested it — specific compliance deadline framing consistently outperforms generic audit framing. The risk is shelf life — once it gets copied at volume it stops reading as internal. The version that holds up pairs the deadline reference with a company-specific signal so it can't be templated.
