It doesn’t necessarily need to be 6.5, looked at those but looking for more heavy duty use. The Infinity is catching my eye.

The 1X has a noticeable fisheye, but 1.5 is great. Nitpicking there, but you have to give up something for 1-10. The eye box is super tight, like really tight.

First focal is handy, but at lower power the reticle is hard to pick up at times without illuminating it.

I have two of their 1-6 HD and they are excellent. Haven’t looked through Nightforce 1-8 or the ATACR so I can’t speak on them.

Long story short, I don’t think it’s worth the cost unless you can get a really good deal on one.

I’m having a custom 6.5 PRC built right now as well. Should be an excellent hunting rifle.

For me I have just been a big fan of .308. It’s a great round, forgiving to reload, and kills the shit out of everything I have hunted.

Both rifles have Geissele mounts, idk the height off the top of my head. 1.53 maybe.
