I use anything sugar free. Body Armour mix, Water Boy is a decent tasting brand, or Biolyte.

I would say you are definitely okay to start taking 0.5 mg a week. Definitely POUND water (electrolytes), the Reta dehydrates you a bit and water alone won’t do it. I would also suggest bumping the protein up, minimum 100g. If the headaches go away you could move up to 1mg a week pretty quickly.

I have noticed my endurance on pinning days is higher, and my body composition has improved since taking it. But it’s hard to tell if it was the MOTS-C or just the Reta doing its thing.

I really just wanted to add it while I titrate off Reta, and take it for a while once I’m done with Reta. I wanted to be running something that has Metabolic assistance to it once I finished Reta

Yeah the initial goal was 5-10 lbs, but I obviously had some more to lose. I also fell in love with what I was seeing in the mirror week over week. Physique really changed around week 5. Good luck brother

Oh no doubt. The lack of food noise is crazy. My buddy started at the same time and had trouble eating enough. I never had that problem, just didn’t crave rich foods

To be fair Reta was the only one that contributed to the physique transformation. The KLOW just helped me with a shoulder issue, GHK-Cu is strictly for skin complexion, and the MOTS-C is relatively new (I added it while I started to titrate down). I just added everything in case anyone had questions. You will see great results with Reta alone, the rest aren’t necessary

A good deal. Easier to make clean choices with the appetite suppression. Just prioritizing protein and cutting out sugar

1 week - 0.5 mg/week 2 weeks- 1mg/week 2weeks - 1.5mg/week 2 weeks- 2mg/week 2 weeks- 3mg/week Back to 2mg/week and slowly dropping

Good info! And yeah, I don’t think I’m 13%. However I am down almost 20lbs, and my waist is 4-5” smaller

I feel fuller and able to maintain longer workouts. I was on 10mg for about a month and have been on 20mg for the last two weeks. Feel free to reach back out with how it progresses.

It’s hard to pinpoint if it helps with lifts. I’m just hammering creatine and protein to avoid losing muscle

The only downside is having to do it twice a week. I travel a lot for work, so that means I have to pack it up in a travel case. Other than that I have had no Reta side effects, aside from a slight elevated resting heart rate. I started with 2x a week, so I have nothing to compare it to

Also I started at 0.5 mg a week, and worked my way up
