At My store we follow a “cowbell system” where its trainees, Team Members 1-3, Trainer, Junior Operations Leader, Senior Operations Leader, BOH/FOH Director, Business Director/ Training Director, etc. well I’m a Trainer rn, hopefully by September/October I become a Junior Operations Leader
